The Maneje photovoltaic plant that is about to begin construction may be a much more ambitious and modern project than initially estimated, housing a 1.9 megawatt solar power plant to drive 30% of the water from consumption on the island; and at the same time a sports, leisure and entertainment center, with 16,000 covered square meters.
