An urban project. A possible collective imaginary for the edge of the city that works through the (o)territorial position, as a programmatic-functional pair, with the dynamics associated with the existing linear extension on the coastline product of the pregnant presence of the sea and its infinite horizon in the collective imaginaries of the island. And that promotes in the underlying tensions that it generates, the possibility of activating transversality, the thickness of the urban environment, the intermediates that link the two situations to give rise to new systems and dynamics capable of positively altering the framework.
