The competition proposes a building that will have as its main challenge to activate and regenerate the area, but also to build an urban landscape according to the scale of the site, which is friendly to the neighborhood and builds a close dialogue with the community. It will seek to consolidate a quality public space that will function as a center for social, cultural and administrative meeting and exchange.
